Practicing Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience in Industries and Practice. He has been Finance Head/CFO for various MNCs in India and Abroad with hands on experience in Internal audits, implementation of internal control systems, Capital induction, Merger, Business Planning, Developing, Drafting of Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Corporates, Developing and implementing Cost Control mechanism. Also headed as General Manager - Operation at a leading manufacturing Company before starting the practice and renders his service in larger and broader terms. He also serves as a Director in Board of couple of companies and plays pivot role in guiding and directing their Finance and Operations process / management.
He is exhaustively involved in various lean projects for MNC's to understand and remodel the specific corporate process which has become ineffective and bring the operating systems back to track in the shortest possible time. He has extensive experience in tax planning and handling of direct and indirect tax assessment up practice and renders his service in larger and broader terms to tribunal level.
