He comes with three decade of hardcore business operation experience in the field of Outsourcing, Managing and delivery of projects globally for Europe , US , Latin America , ANZ , Asia Pacific apart from thorough exposure of domestic market and handled successfully many deals of Merger & Acquisition, Funding negotiations on behalf of parent US company with PE , bankers and FI's handling.
He has been the key member of leadership team in all companies he was associated and was involved in strategizing business direction and initiatives for company growth. Has the expertise in setting up and running BPM Operations in F&A from 50 to 500 FTE operations across the F&A portfolio with multiple clients. Completed 4 deals of Merger & Acquisition end to end exposure to the tune of $ 50 Million.
At VSM, he heads the Projects and Outsourcing division. He manages the projects from planning, budgeting, execution and suggesting changes to increase the efficiency and efficacy of client's business process and Controls. He also serves as Director in Board of couple of companies and plays pivot role in guiding and directing their Finance and Operations process / management.
